Why waste time making a homemade chocolate spread when there are so many in the shops? Well, it's because homemade chocolate spreads contain good, healthy ingredients. I don't want to name brands, but if you look at the composition of the most famous chocolate spread on the market, it will contain mainly sugar and palm oil. You don't want to eat sweet palm oil for tea, do you?
Then follow mum's recipe: in 15 minutes and with no effort, you'll have a superb chocolate almond spread. So easy to make that even I could do it, cat’s word!
SERVES 4 PERSONS - PREPARATION TIME 15 MIN
Ingredients
7 oz (200 g) dark chocolate
7 oz (200 g) milk chocolate
3.5 oz (100 g) butter
14 fl oz (40 cl) of sweetened condensed milk
14 oz (400 g) almond butter
Preparation
1. Melt the chocolates, the butter, and the sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan over low heat.
2. Remove from heat, add almond butter and mix well.
3. Allow to cool for a few minutes at room temperature, then divide into glass jars.
4. Store in a cool place (but not in the refrigerator).
Bon appétit!

Thank you for the yumshious recipe!! Is it unsalted butter that is used in this recipe? Sorry I am a novice cook, hence checking. 🙇🏽♀️🐾💙🐿
