Maurice was so brave and following his heart home. My heart went out to him. I’m grateful he was spared whilst on his journey back to the house that smelled of Mom’s warm soup. I can’t wait to hear more of his adventures 💛

I’m sorry to hear your city is suffering because of the strikes. We were watching the news with Mom the other night and saw all the garbage piled up on the streets. It must be very eerie with rats roaming in the daytime. We hope they get your city working well again soon.

Thank you, friends! This is so true. The movie star was Brigitte Bardot. She’s well known to advocate for animal rights. She has a wonderful animal shelter on one of her properties not far away from our house. Lovely spring to you too ❤️❤️❤️
We are so happy that Maurice and his family were allowed to remain together. Sometimes families are the people (animals) we choose or who chose us. Who was the famous movie star who stepped up on his behalf? Good for her. It’s a shame it took all that to get national attention. Sometimes officials can’t see the forest through the trees.
